Quick Turnaround from Concept to
Prototype Approval
Prototypes are created “in-house” within four weeks
of concept approval and production-ready within 8 to 12 weeks
of prototype approval. We do not source out our prototypes. Changes
and adjustments can be made on-site for quick turnaround. Time-sensitive
projects can be achieved.
On-Time Quality Production
Neocon offers cost-effective production start-up with lower volume
runs of less than 20,000 per year (i.e., trim levels or mass customization),
filling in where others don’t want to go – we’re
not afraid of the big jobs that require more than 150,000 units.
We are a multi-faceted company, working with various materials
and processes (thermoform, blow mold, injection and compression).
Assemblies in low volume applications are possible. We never settle
for “good enough.”
